Do hand washes scratch paint?

No. We pre-wash, use clean mitts, and dry with plush towels—no brushes, no tunnel.

Will polishing remove every scratch?

We remove swirls and most wash-marks. Deep scratches that catch a fingernail may remain faint.

Do new cars need polishing?

Often a light polish boosts clarity before coating. We’ll advise after inspection.

How long does a ceramic coating last?

Rated 3–5 years with proper washing and a periodic decon/top-up.

Will the interior be shiny?

No. Plastics/leather are cleaned and left factory-natural—no greasy residue.

Can you remove any odor or stain?

We treat them, but some may not fully remove. Note: some stains/dye transfer may persist.
